Now available at our Turlock, CA location: With advance approval and mutually agreed upon scheduling, Divert can accept and safely process food & beverage products that have one or more of the below risks while providing secure and sustainable certified destruction.

• Foreign objects, including glass, metal, plastic, and other debris
• Undeclared allergens, including. milk, eggs, nuts, shell/fish, soy
• Mislabeled / defective / otherwise adulterated packaging
• Foodborne illness contamination 

What we provide:

• Certificate of Receipt (COR) upon receipt at Divert’s facility
• Certificate of Destruction (COD) once processing is complete
• Sustainability Impact Report (SIR) provided with invoicing
• Ancillary documentation may include photos, videos, and witness attestation

Please note: All materials and associated risks must be disclosed in advance and are subject to Divert’s review and approval prior to acceptance. Due to market demand and capacity constraints, Divert will require up to 48 business hours to review the documentation provided and communicate a decision regarding the ability to support the request on the desired timeline.
